3. Cal.com bookings

ORTUS uses Cal.com to provide appointment selection and booking. Information entered into the booking interface is processed by Cal.com and may be made available to ORTUS to assess the enquiry, schedule the call and communicate about the appointment. Cal.com may process information outside Australia or New Zealand. Its handling of information is also governed by its own privacy policy and terms.
